Drew Sidora Reveals What Her Husband Ralph Thought of the Bachelorette Party Episode
The RHOA newcomer said that her "heart [was] beating fast" as she rewatched the Dungeon Party with her husband.
If you thought watching the February 21 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was a wild experience, wait until you hear how Drew Sidora saw it. The newest RHOA cast member relived the dungeon experience from Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party while sitting alongside her husband, Ralph Pittman.
“I was like, I know what happened, and I know what I saw happen, but I didn’t know what y’all were going to see. So I was sitting here like, heart beating fast. After each commercial break, I’m like, I live to see another day,” said Drew during a February 21 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Although Andy Cohen pointed out that Drew was extremely honest with Ralph when it came time to describe the night, she noted that hearing about the experience and actually seeing what played out on screen were two very different experiences.
“At first, [Ralph] kind of felt some type of way. Once we talked through it and I had to remind him that I didn’t know what he did in Tampa, that’s when it got real. He has to be able to take what he dishes, so that was a real moment,” Drew said in the above video. “Sitting there watching it with him, I was definitely nervous because I was like, he’s looking! He’s waiting for me to show my ass!”
Drew also opened up about how the experience of being on RHOA has changed her marriage for the better.
“I learned a lot of lessons in marriage. I learned to really try to do the work and not to give up, because you get hurt. Try to find understanding in your marriage, not throwing it away and throwing divorce out there but really just committing. That’s been the biggest blessing and the biggest lesson for me doing this,” she said on WWHL. “It forced us to no longer put our issues on the back burner but to really deal with them in a healthy way.”
That’s not to say it’s been a season without cringeworthy moments. During the WWHL After Show, in a clip you can check out below, Drew explained that it was tough to watch the conversation she had with Ralph during their anniversary dinner.
“I think that was, like, the first day for me, and I was like, ‘I’m done! That’s a wrap!’ It was very hard,” Drew said.
