Cynthia Bailey Reveals What Noelle Robinson’s Relationship with Peter Thomas Is Like Today
The RHOA alum also shared where she currently stands with Kenya Moore following their RHUGT drama.
Noelle Robinson has known Peter Thomas since she was a kid, having been only 10 years old when he and her mom, Cynthia Bailey, tied the knot back in 2010. And even when Cynthia and Peter decided to end their marriage in 2016, he remained a part of Noelle’s life, with The Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter calling him one of her “bonus dads,” along with Cynthia’s second husband, Mike Hill, in an interview with The Daily Dish in 2019.
When Cynthia appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this week, she shared an update on Noelle and Peter’s relationship. “They stay in touch,” Cynthia said on July 26. “But I don’t know when they spoke last.”
Noelle shared a similar sentiment while opening up about her relationship with Peter during an interview with The Daily Dish in 2020. “I talk to him every now and then. Our relationship is not as close as it used to be,” she shared. “But he definitely, if he sees me ever doing anything, he always makes sure that he supports me. And, you know, whether it’s sending a text or through social media, he always makes sure that he keeps up with what I’m doing and supports me all the way, which I really appreciate.”
Cynthia noted on WWHL that she is also “very good friends” with Peter’s daughter, Porsche Thomas. “As a matter of fact, I just spoke to her before I came out [to the Bravo Clubhouse],” Cynthia said on WWHL.
As for Cynthia and Peter’s relationship, the RHOA alum said the exes are “good” these days. Cynthia also responded to Peter’s recent claim that she “was upset with the amount of camera time he was getting on Real Housewives of Atlanta” in the past, after a member of WWHL’s virtual audience posed it as a question for the supermodel. “My reaction when I saw that was, I just kind of laughed about it, because that’s just not really true. I mean, I will say Peter definitely shot a lot,” Cynthia said. “But honestly, if I didn’t want him to shoot, it was because he kept getting me in trouble with the other women [laughs]. So, if I didn’t want him to shoot, it was because, like, ‘Hey, can you stop? Because I already have my issues with these ladies, and now I have issues that you’re… you’re causing other issues.’”
So how does Cynthia feel about Peter making an appearance at the SHE by Shereé fashion show later on this season of RHOA, along with Apollo Nida? “Oh, good,” Cynthia said after Andy Cohen informed her of the upcoming cameo. “I think that’s great.”
Of course, fans also wanted to know the latest on Cynthia’s friendship with Kenya Moore after things became strained between them during Season 1 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. “We’re good,” Cynthia shared on WWHL.
Cynthia then added that she and Kenya “don’t talk that often” and that they “used to talk more often.”
Kenya previously confirmed that things had improved between her and Cynthia since their time on RHUGT during her visit to the Clubhouse in May. “We’re talking. She invited me to something the other day,” Kenya said. “So we’re in a better place.”
