Does Olivia Flowers "Trust" Taylor Ann Green Today? Details on Their Current Friendship
Southern Charm's Olivia Flowers gave the update on her friendship with Taylor following the Austen Kroll drama.
Shep Rose's suspicions about Austen Kroll and Taylor Ann Green were confirmed on Southern Charm Season 9, Episode 4, and while Austen's ex and Taylor's friend Olivia Flowers were initially hesitant to believe there was anything going on between the two, she shared on the Oct. 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she sees things a lot differently today.
Olivia also revealed where she and Taylor currently stand. Read on for all the details from her (and Shep's!) Oct. 5 WWHL appearance.
Are Taylor Ann Green and Olivia Flowers friends today?
Olivia was asked on WWHL how much she "currently trust[s]" Taylor on a scale from one to ten, and she replied, "Does it go in the negatives?"
Olivia shared a similar sentiment in a recent interview ET, noting of the drama, "Honestly, my head's still spinning from it."
"I haven't, honestly, processed a lot of things from the season, so I feel like watching it back, I'm gonna be as surprised as the viewers because I haven't been caught up with the reality of it," she added.
As for the fate of Olivia and Taylor's friendship, Olivia explained, "At the beginning, I really did want it to be, she and I, OK out of it. But it wasn't that easy, and at the end of the day, you kinda have to listen to yourself and take a step back and look at bird's eye view."
As a result, the pair's friendship is currently "surface level," Taylor said. "It's certainly not what it was before."
At the same time, "I don't want the 'Team Olivia,' 'Team Taylor' thing," Olivia said.
Olivia Flowers' Reaction to Austen Kroll and Taylor Ann Green Hooking Up
Fans will have to wait until Southern Charm 905 — set to air on Thursday, Oct. 12 — to find out what exactly Austen meant when he told Shep that he and Taylor had "hooked up" once, but on WWHL, Olivia called him out for being purposefully vague. In fact, she said it was "fitting."
Shep agreed, noting, "This is like Bill Clinton [saying] 'I did not have sexual relations.' Well, what does that mean?"
Later, Olivia was also asked for her reaction when she "first heard [Taylor] had a sleepover at Austen's place."
Her response may surprise you. "I kind of had already known that, because earlier on when she would be there she would Instagram from his house at 4 a.m.," Olivia explained. "So I already knew of it and I still was trying ... I understood, you know, you're downtown drinking. So, I was still in the 'making excuses for her' mode."
