Nene Leakes Wants People’s “True Colors” to Come out During Season 12 of RHOA

When Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta wrapped up, it ended on a tense note for Nene Leakes. The RHOA OG wasn't exactly on the same page as the rest of the ladies in the squad for a number of reasons. So, with a new season just days away from premiering, Nene offered up a little tease of what's in store for Season 12, which premieres Sunday, November 3 at 8/7c.

“I’m excited for them to finally, or hopefully, I will be praying with my wig off, they get to show some of [the other ladies'] true colors this season and show who they truly are,” she told Us Weekly. “So I hope that that will come full circle. And let’s see some of the real bullies that are around here. And let’s see, I hope they show, some of the gang up. Because there’s a lot of ganging up.”

“These girls do a lot of things to each other. But if I do the same thing, it seems like it’s a little bit more elevated," Nene added. "So I hope that the fans get to see all of that."

As last season ended, Nene was especially on the outs with Cynthia Bailey regarding Kenya Moore's appearance at her liquor event. Well, when Season 12 kicks off, Kenya will officially be back in the fold. How does Nene feel about it?

“I think Kenya’s great for the show," she said. "So I didn’t feel any kind of way other than, look, I’m here on the show. I’ve been on the show for many years and I want the show to stay around for the next 10 or 15 years."
