This Is Why Ryan Serhant Makes Sure to BCC His Wife on Work Emails

Ryan Serhant and his wife Emilia Bechrakis have an enviable relationship that sees them trotting the globe. (Have you seen their gorgeous snaps from South Africa?) But, like any marriage, their relationship benefits from some behind-the-scenes work — and a few blind carbon copies.
The Sell It Like Serhant realtor recently spoke to PEOPLE, and spilled a few of his strategies for balancing his personal life with his professional life.
"It took me a while to figure out, but including each other in your entire daily life” is crucial, he said of his relationship with Emilia. “[It's] actually pretty common sense when you think about it. I’ll BCC [my wife] on emails so that she’ll know what I went through during the day.” He added: "That synergy in a relationship I think goes a really, really long way.”
The couple has been married since 2016, and Emilia also has a jam-packed professional life. After practicing maritime law, she switched hats to enter real estate, and now works in Land Title insuance. "Ryan works all the time and this is the one way I could think of us connecting in business," she once said.
