Ryan Serhant Shares a Major Career Update: “A Long, Long Time Coming”

The Million Dollar Listing New York agent just announced some serious career news: He has finished writing his third book, Brand It Like Serhant, and it’ll be released in 2024.

Ryan Serhant’s Big Career News
The Serhant brokerage founder opened up about what readers can expect from his third book, Brand It Like Serhant, on Instagram on September 19.
In the Instagram photo, Ryan is holding a briefcase. Inside the briefcase sits his book, which features the agent striking a Superman-like pose.
“This has been a long, LONG time coming. I never thought I’d be fortunate enough to write one book, let alone THREE! So without further ado…. I’m proud to introduce my third book: BRAND IT LIKE SERHANT,” he began the caption of his post about the book, which will come out in January 2024 (though interested readers can pre-order it now).
Ryan went on to note that he had spent two years working on his latest book and that it will help people answer the following question: “How do [you] build a brand in TODAY’S world?”
“This is my most personal and tactical book I’ve written,” he continued. “BRAND IT LIKE SERHANT also completes what I call, The Entrepreneur’s Trilogy.”
As he mentioned, Ryan has written two other books, Sell It Like Serhant and Big Money Energy. He said that his third book will give readers “the branding blueprint for today’s world so that you can generate business in your sleep.”
“There has never been a better time to do something new,” he wrote in the conclusion of his post. “To start a NEW business or side hustle. To increase your sales. When it comes to finding new ways to grow your business, establishing a recognizable brand will withstand the test of time. And that’s where my new book comes in. I wrote it for YOU.”

After Ryan shared his post confirming his upcoming book, his wife, Emilia Serhant, took to the comments section to share her support for the New York City resident.
“Congratulations,” she wrote, adding a blue heart emoji. “Very proud of you!”
Emilia wasn’t the only loved one of Ryan’s to weigh in on the announcement.
In an Instagram Story shared on the same day as his post, Ryan spent some time in the car with a special passenger: his daughter, Zena Serhant.
“It’s my book,” the 4-year-old said. When asked if she would share the book so other people could read it, Zena simply shook her head no.
Zena may not be looking to share the book with other people, but her dad certainly is!
