Margaret Josephs Is Revealing What You "Don't Know About" Her Life Before RHONJ
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member spills all about her "crazy, bumpy life" in her new book.
Since joining The Real Housewives of New Jersey in Season 8, Margaret Josephs has been an open book with fans, sharing everything from her business successes and challenges to her relationship with her mother to her marriage with Joe Benigno.
Now, Margaret is going even deeper, revealing all about her tumultuous childhood, becoming a Housewife, and the important life lessons she has picked up along the way in her new book, Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget: How to Survive in Business and Life, available now.
Margaret opened up more about her memoir in a video shared exclusively with The Daily Dish that was captured while she recorded the audiobook version of Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget, which is also available now and read by none other than the Marge herself. "What inspired me to write this book, Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget, is that so many people know me from my public persona, but there was a whole life before I was on Housewives that you don't know about," she said. "I hope listeners will take away so much inspiration from my audiobook."
We'll learn more about the "many setbacks" Margaret has faced in life that ultimately laid the groundwork "for an even bigger comeback." "You have to learn to pull yourself up by the bootstraps," Margaret added. "Every day is a new beginning, and you can reinvent yourself at any age."
With her book described as "part memoir, part entrepreneurial manifesto," Margaret said she hopes others will be able to apply what her experiences have taught her to their own lives. "The most important lesson I've learned over my life in my career is to always stand up for yourself, even when no one else is standing up behind you, listen to your gut instincts, and if something doesn't feel right, don't do it," Margaret shared. "I've made the mistakes, and I want you guys to learn from me, not to make the mistakes that I've made. Always be confident in your judgment."
We can't think of anyone that would have better words of wisdom than the fabulously hilarious and no-nonsense "Powerhouse in Pigtails." "I've had a crazy, bumpy life, and there's so much to learn and know about me. And I'm excited that you're gonna get to hear it in my own voice," Margaret said. "I've made lemonade out of lemons, and I hope you can be inspired and live your caviar dreams, too."
