Guess Which Real Housewife Talked Kim Zolciak-Biermann into Doing Dancing with the Stars
The Don't Be Tardy cast member turned to a fellow Bravoleb for her perspective on joining the competition.
Kim Zolciak Biermann competed on Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars in 2015 before having to withdraw from the competition after suffering a mini-stroke. She then underwent a successful heart surgery for an underlying heart condition that contributed to her health scare. But before having to bow out early, she gave us some memorable dance moments — and the Don't Be Tardy mom of six decided to relive her time on the competition in an Instagram post.
Alongside a video of her performances, Kim revealed a little-known detail about the Real Housewife who convinced her to join the show. And it wasn't a Real Housewife of Atlanta who talked her into it; it actually turned out to be The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Rinna! Lisa competed on Dancing with the Stars in its early stages in Season 2 in 2006.
"Loved DWTS!!!! So much fun[.] [T]oo bad it was short lived," Kim wrote on Instagram. "Fun Fact: [Lisa Rinna] talked me into it! I called her and asked her what her thoughts were and within a minute I was in!! Lol! One of my top 10 moments in my entire life!!"
