Harry Hamlin and Andy Cohen React to Lisa Rinna’s RHOBH Exit
Lisa shared the news of her RHOBH departure after eight seasons on the show, adding, “I am excited for what is to come!”
After Lisa Rinna’s exit from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was confirmed last week, the news received some reactions from two important men in her life: Harry Hamlin and Andy Cohen.
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host posted his reaction on his Instagram Stories (via Page Six), writing that Lisa had “an iconic run” on RHOBH, during which she took fans inside her friendships, career, and family life.
Harry spoke about his wife’s departure from RHOBH in several interviews, telling People, “Now it’s time to move on. Eight years is a long time to do anything, the same thing over and over again. It’s time to move along.”
He shared a similar sentiment when speaking to Extra: “All good things come to an end. Time to move on and do something else.”
Lisa, who joined RHOBH in Season 5, confirmed she was leaving the show after 8 seasons in a statement to People on January 5: “This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”
She also commented on her time on the show in an Instagram post, writing, “We had a good run. Love you! See you soon!”
Lisa’s exit comes after she shared her life with fans over the course of eight seasons, taking viewers inside the ups and downs of her friendships. She also revealed a look at the many aspects of her career and took viewers home with her, giving them an intimate look at her marriage to her husband, Harry, as well as her life as a working mom to their two model daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin and Amelia Gray Hamlin. She also offered up a sweet all-access pass to her tight-knit relationship with her beloved mom, Lois, who passed away in 2021.
