Portia Umansky's Sweet Birthday Celebration with Her Family Included a Gorgeous Cake (PHOTO)
Kyle Richards' daughter celebrated her 16th birthday in style with her family by her side.
When we first met Kyle Richards on Season 1 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills back in 2010, we also met her family, including her youngest daughter, Portia Umansky, who was just a baby at the time.
Over the years, we've kept up with the youngest member of the Richards-Umansky brood, who recently appeared on Season 13 of the series as a teenager who loves makeup and skincare. In addition to hitting a recent milestone of learning how to drive (more on that in a bit), we recently caught up with Portia for another milestone: her 16th birthday, which included a beautiful family celebration and delicious-looking cake.

Inside Portia Umansky's 16th birthday celebration
On March 3, Portia's older sister Alexia Umansky took to her Instagram Stories to share a behind-the-scenes peek at her younger sibling's birthday celebration.
For the occasion, Portia, who sat next to her mom, wore what appeared to be a black tank top paired with gold hoop earings and a gold head piece that spelled out, "It's My Birthday." In front of Portia was an enormous white birthday cake with writing on top that said, "Happy Sweet 16 Portia." Also on top of the cake were sparklers in place of candles.

Kyle Richards gives updates on Portia Umansky's life these days
Earlier in January, Portia's dad, Mauricio Umansky, shared several videos on his Instagram Stories showing how his younger daughter was learning how to drive. Following that update, Kyle spoke with The Daily Dish exclusively in February about the teen's latest accomplishment, and more.
Though Kyle said she has full trust in her duaghter, she still noted it was "scary" to see her drive. "That is very stressful for any mom," the mom of four revealed. "She's extremely responsible, and she's doing great driving, [but] no matter what happens, it's really scary."
Additionally, Kyle detailed Portia's upcoming journey beyond high school. "Next year, she'll be applying to colleges, which is really, really weird to think about," Kyle said. "When we started the show, she was in a crib and diapers. Now, she drives, and [she] is applying to colleges."
She concluded: "It's just so wild to think about that this much of my life has been covered all these years, and she has no memory of any life before the show. So that's kind of wild to think about."
