Why a "Hurt" Kyle Richards Says She and Dorit Kemsley "Have Some Things to Work Out"

There were several shocking moments throughout The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 finale on February 21, and perhaps even more surprising than Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's separation was the revelation about Kyle's relationship with a different person in her life: her longtime best friend, Dorit Kemlsey.
Said revelation? That the two hadn't spoken since December.

Where do Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley stand today?
On WWHL, Andy Cohen questioned whether or not Kyle and Dorit had really not spoken in months. Replied Kyle, "Well, we ended up speaking at the reunion, I guess."
As for why things have been so quiet between the two, "I was hurt by some things she had said," Kyle added. "We have some things to work out."
The pair will apparently attempt to do so at the reunion, Andy teased.
Kyle Richards' Thoughts on Dorit Kemsley and Paul "PK" Kemsley's Marriage
Andy, more specifically, teased what's to come between Kyle and Dorit at the RHOBH Season 13 reunion when asking Kyle if she thinks Dorit and Paul "PK" Kemsley's marriage will "survive" amid their relationship issues.
"I know that they're in a good place now and they're working on it. So, I'd like to think so," Kyle replied. "I think in some of these scenes, it does make you wonder."
Andy then replied, "Their marriage may be in a better place than your and Dorit's friendship, which we will see play out at the reunion."
What to Expect from Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards at the RHOBH Season 13 Reunion
Dorit provided more context for what went down at the reunion in a recent interview with Access Hollywood. "Kyle and I definitely have some conversations and, you know, it’s necessary," she said on February 19 at the 2024 People's Choice Awards. "When you’re close, it’s inevitable that you have some highs and some lows. This year was strange, both independently for us and also in our friendship, collectively, so yeah, it was inevitable, we had to have some, hash some things out."
Ultimately, though, "I think Kyle and I will always end up landing on our feet," Dorit concluded. "I love her. I know she loves me. I hate when we’re not great. I know she hates it too so you’ll have to see."
The three-part RHOBH Season 13 reunion kicks off on Feb. 28 at 8/7c on Bravo. Extended uncensored versions of the episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
