Kim Zolciak-Biermann Is "at a Loss for Words" Following Her Friend's Passing
The Don't Be Tardy matriarch asked her followers for prayers for her friend's husband during this difficult time.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann is mourning the loss of a friend.
The Don't Be Tardy matriarch opened up about the recent passing of her friend Kolbe in a heartbreaking post on Instagram on Sunday, February 23. "I’m at a loss for words right now. I can’t believe [you're] gone Kolbe," Kim shared. "I was just at your wedding 4 months ago and I’m so thankful for that day."
Kim shared the news along with a photo of herself, husband Kroy Biermann, and daughter Brielle Biermann at Kolbe's wedding in October where he married another one of Kim's friends, Troy. "@troyvandamnit I love you with all my heart and soul amongst so many others and we are all here for you. [I'm] asking ALL of my followers to please please pray for Troy during this incredibly difficult time," Kim wrote in the post. "Kolbe just like Troy was one of the most incredible, loving, and positive people that I have EVER met. You will be missed by so many. We LOVE you Kolbe. I believe in the Power of Prayer so please help."
This tragic news has Kim cherishing the moments she has with her loved ones even more. "My little man [KJ] just took this pic of us and I wanted to remind everyone that tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us. Hug your loved ones a little tighter, send that text, like the pics you keep staring at and really just feel love and give love. That’s all we can do," Kim wrote in a post that featured a photo of herself and Kroy that was taken by their eldest son KJ. "I love my hubby so much and I love up on him everyday but I can certainly do it more. Hug my kids even tighter and thank God for yet another day."
The passing of Kim's friend comes nearly two months after she said goodbye to another loved one. Kim lost her grandmother on Christmas morning, she shared in a post on Instagram on December 27. "I remember always saying to her 'Grandma how did you have 6 kids I can’t Imagine!' She always said, 'There is more than enough love to go around,'" Kim recalled in the post. "She was an incredible woman who had more love in heart [than] anyone I know. She will be missed by so many. Grandma I love you and I’ll never forget how you always made me feel so special."
