Karen Huger Shares Where Things Stand with Husband Ray After a "Raw" Season of RHOP
"I didn't know where we were gonna go," The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member said of her marriage.
Karen Huger has called her 23-year marriage to husband Ray Huger an "institution" in the past. However, the Hugers haven't seemed as solid in Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Potomac as the couple tries to get on the same page when it comes to the future of their relationship.
In fact, Karen and Ray have given RHOP fans an intimate look at their marriage like never before this season with open and honest discussions about what they need from each other as they move forward in their relationship.
These conversations haven't been easy, such as when Ray surprised Karen by saying he thinks he's in love with his wife during one counseling session. Luckily, the couple seemed to make some progress in their meeting with a life coach in the most recent episode of RHOP, which aired on October 25, as Ray expressed his appreciation for everything Karen did while he dealt with his tax issues in 2017.
"We were raw this season," Karen said of her and Ray sharing their marital struggles in the above clip from The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 5 After Show, exclusive to Bravo Insider.
Karen also admitted that there were times this season of RHOP where the fate of her marriage seemed uncertain. "I didn't know where we were gonna go," she shared.
