Kandi Burruss Wants to Make You a Star

Stop the music: The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss is getting her own spinoff! "Its official @Kandi Gets the Green light from @bravotv,'" the Grammy-winning 'Wife tweeted.

So, what will her new show entail? "I'll be doing for people what i did for Kim on our show basically. That's the short answer. :-)" Think you have "Tardy for the Party" chart-topping potential? Kandi's searching for talented singers, 18 and over, to work with her team of producers, song writers, stylists and vocal coaches.

And although she's stepping into Simon Cowell territory, Kandi's not forgetting her RHOA roots. "no i'm not leaving. my new show is about music. totally different from housewives so its cool to do both," she clarified on Twitter. 

K's fellow Bravolebs are already singing their praises for her latest project. "Congratulations to @kandi on her new show! Great business move!" co-star Cynthia Bailey tweeted. The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice posted, "Congrats @Kandi on your new show The Kandi Factory! Wanna be a singing star? Kandi can hook you up!"

As for the hardworking single mama, she's appreciative of the well wishes -- and a bit overwhelmed with emotion. "My motto:Dont b comfortable n your success of 2day bcuz thats from your work of the past. What u do 2day will bring success 4 the future!" Kandi tweeted. "Uncontrollable tears just came 2 my eyes right now...Everything n my life is coming 2gether & I'm thankful 2 God & every1 that supports me!"
