It's officially #BirthdayTurnUp time for Tameka "Tiny" Cottle-Harris. And there's one lady who is more than excited to celebrate: Her former Xscape group member and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss.
Kandi decided to very publicly acknowledge Tiny's big 4-0 by heading to Instagram to reflect on their friendship. "I have some of the greatest memories of my life shared with you!" she wrote. "We've grown together, learned so much from each other, supported each other thru thick & thin, spoke positive things that we wanted to happen & made them happen together! Best thing is that we're still doing it! The best is yet to come! You're not just a friend you're my sister & I love ya!"
