Josh Flagg Breaks Down Exactly What Plastic Surgery He's Had: "Where Do You Wanna Start?"
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent also clarified why he had three different surgeries in one area.
Josh Flagg isn't afraid to get real when it comes to detailing his cosmetic procedures.
During an August 11 episode of the podcast Juicy Scoop, host Heather McDonald questioned Josh about what work he's had done over the years, and the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent
"What have you had?" podcast host Heather began, to which Josh quickly quipped, "I mean, where do you wanna start? Over 20 years, I've done everything."
Heather then asked the real estate agent if he "enhanced" his backside.
"Actually yes," Josh began. "Because I had fat sucked out...[and] it was really good fat so I had that injected into my ass, yes."
He further explained: "It wasn't like I wanted a butt implant, I didn't do that [...] they were like, 'You have two choices, we can throw it away or you could use it somewhere else,' [and] I'm like, 'Might as well stick it somewhere!'"
Heather added, "And you've had a nose job?" to which Josh shrugged, "Oh, many times," then clarified the reason behind his multiple procedures.
"When I had my first nose job I was 16 and, like an idiot, I didn't like the packing they put in your nose because I couldn't stand the feeling," he began. "So, I pulled it out. You're not supposed to pull it out, the doctor takes it out for you. I took it out that evening, so my nose collapsed."
He continued: "I had to get it done [...] six months later and it wasn't perfect so I went back a third time, and the third time was a charm."

The podcast episode isn't the first time Josh spoke about having surgery.
In the video you can watch above, from a 2016 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Josh shared those details about his three separate nose jobs.
"It wasn't vanity. The first one I had for a deviated septum," Josh joked. "The second one was because the doctor didn't do such a good job. And the third one was because it wasn't perfect. But now, I think it's a very good nose."
Then, MDLLA alum David Parnes detailed his own cosmetic procedures and their connection to Josh .
After breathing complications arose from a past nose job, David turned to Josh for his doctor's number to fix the issue. "He saved me," David said during the cast's appearance on WWHL.

In addition to cosmetic procedures, Josh (with bestie Tracy Tutor at his side) also revealed his go-to skincare routines and products during NBCUniversal's upfront presentation in May 2022.
“I love Dr. Lancer’s products,” Tracy said of the skincare line Josh also uses. “I’ve been using them religiously for, like, almost 20 years, so if I have decent skin, I owe it to him.”
Josh also noted he loves Dr. Barbara Sturm products. “I use like 26 other doctors’ products. That’s why my skin looks like this.”
