Jennifer Lawrence & Kendall Jenner Make the MDLNY Agents' List of Dream Clients
The #MDLNY fellas open up about the celebs and listings they'd most love to work with.
The agents of Million Dollar Listing New York are not exactly strangers to buying and selling luxury real estate to A-listers from all walks of life. But even Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz, and Ryan Serhant have a bucket list of celebrities and properties that they'd love the chance to work with, if given the chance. So, we here at The Daily Dish asked the guys who makes the cut. And one of them has even worked with their A-lister already. Lucky guy!
1. Luis' Pick
The filmmaker-turned-agent revealed that legendary director Martin Scorsese is his dream client. "I think that he is the ultimate storyteller and a hero to me," he explained. When Ryan pointed out that the director may be a picky client, Luis remained unfazed. "I would want him to never put in an offer and I would take him everyday for the next three years, and while we do that he tells me everything about Goodfellas and Taxi Driver and A Bronx Tale."
If Marty is looking for something outside of Manhattan, Luis does know one iconic piece of property he'd love to list, if it should ever come his way. "I would like to sell the Woolworth Mansion," he said of the Glen Cove, NY home. "I think it's very cool."
2. Ryan's Pick
Model Kendall Jenner. Why? "Because he wants to be a good friend and introduce her to me," Luis said, with Ryan adding, "Yeah, that's basically what I'm doing. Good answer." (Agreed.)
As for his dream listing? Well, he's a go big or go home kind of guy. "I'd love to sell the Empire State Building. I'm not looking for a two bedroom in Dumbo [Brooklyn]."
3. Fredrik's Pick
Actually, Fredrik isn't fantasizing, as he recently got the chance to work with his dream client: the one and only Jennifer Lawrence. "We showed her like four of our properties last week. We'll see," Fredrik said. "She's cool. I'll say that." (That would be the definition of living the dream, BTW.)
For those keeping track, Fredrik would love to get his hands on the Statue of Liberty. So, like, no big deal, or anything.
