If that whole real estate thing doesn't work out, Ryan Serhant might want to consider a career in life coaching. The Million Dollar Listing New York star not only is dishing out career advice on the weekly in his advice column, but his Instagram feed is now the go-to place for folks who might need a little inspiration.

The MDLNY agent headed to social media to share that a recent Instagram post he shared didn't just give a little insight into his life, but also convinced a young woman to take a vital step in her career.

"This happened today: A girl stopped me on the street in SoHo outside LuLu Lemon and looked as if she was about to cry," he posted. "I said what I always say, 'No I'm not Nick Jonas.' She smiled. She said she was laying in bed this morning, scrolling through @Instagram and coming up with a reason to call in sick to work. She saw my post from earlier, got out of bed, went to work, asked her boss for a review meeting, went to another client meeting and CRUSHED IT, met with her boss, broke down her performance of herself and justified a raise, GOT THAT RAISE, decided to finally use that free gym pass she got for Christmas, went to LuLu Lemon to get gym clothes, walked out of LuLu Lemon and bumped into that guy who wrote that Instagram post that might have been too long. I don't want to disclose her name here, but if she sees this, YOU ARE AMAZING, and I hope you crushed your work out! Look what happens with a little will power."
