Hannah Ferrier Gushes About Her Pregnancy: "All My Dreams Are Coming True at Once"
The road to motherhood has been an emotional journey for the Below Deck Med chief stew so far.
Hannah Ferrier is feeling the love after announcing that she is expecting her first child earlier this week.
The Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew took to Instagram to express her gratitude for all of the kindness she has received since sharing her happy news. "Hi guys!!! I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for all the warm wishes, comments and direct messages," Hannah gushed in a post that featured a photo of her hugging a baby bump while on the beach. "I am 5 months pregnant and due late October and literally keep bursting into tears sporadically from happiness!!!"
The first-time mom went on to say that starting a family has been a longtime dream of hers. "It’s something I have wanted since I was a little girl and I really feel like all my dreams are coming true at once. Thank you guys so much for the love and support," Hannah gushed in the post. "Thank you again from the bottom of my heart."
This will be the first child for Hannah and her boyfriend, Josh, who works in commercial real estate and is originally from Scotland. "He's over the moon," Hannah said of Josh's reaction to her pregnancy news during a recent interview with The Daily Dish. "He's so excited."
The couple has been together for a little more than a year-and-a-half and is getting ready to bring home baby after moving into a house in Australia on May 28. Hannah told The Daily Dish that their new "big backyard" will be perfect for their child and entertaining guests alike.
Hannah is keeping the gender of her baby under wraps for now, but she already has a name picked out for her little one. "Yeah, that was one of the first things," she said. "I think we went back-and-forth a little bit, but I got my way in the end."
Hannah has received a lot of love and support from across all three Below Deck franchises and other Bravolebs. However, it was Hannah's Season 4 stews Anastasia Surmava and Aesha Scott's reactions to the news that will really warm your heart. "They were both in tears. They know me very well, and they know me off the show and off boats," Hannah told The Daily Dish. "They both know that it is something that I wanted. So it was very exciting, and they're both happy for me. They'll both make amazing adoptive aunties."
