Gina Kirschenheiter on the “Creepy” Thing She Did on Her First Date with Travis
The RHOC mom opens up about the origins of their romance.
After six months of dating, Gina Kirschenheiter, her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, and their blended family of six kids all moved in together on Valentine's Day. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom's divorce from Matt Kirschenheiter was finalized at the end of last year.
“It’s kind of major,” Gina told PEOPLE of her move-in with Travis and what she calls their "modern Brady Bunch."
“I know it’s nuts, but we’ve been together half a year," she added. "And when I think about that, I’m like, ‘That’s not a long time.’ But I honestly feel like I’ve known him forever. It seems so much longer.”
Now, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is giving a peek at how her courtship with Travis all began.
"Trav and I on our first date," Gina captioned a selfie of her and Travis that she shared to her Instagram feed. "I jokingly said, 'let’s take a picture in case we fall in love so we have it.' In hindsight that was probably a little creepy [laugh/crying emojis] but at least we have it! I love you [Travis]."
