Dolores Catania Addresses a "Few Inquiries" and Reveals Exactly What She's "Done to [Her] Face"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member isn't hiding the secret to how she looks "so fresh."
Dolores Catania isn't shy when it comes to talking about cosmetic procedures.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has been open about the procedures that she has had done to her face and body over the years.
In a 2021 interview with RealSelf, Dolores revealed that her family has "given up on yelling" at her for getting work done. "I don't mind them being mad at me, but I do feel bad when they worry about me," she said. "It's my choice, so I don't want people worrying, and I know any time they have disapproved it, it was because they were worried about me."
Dolores is continuing her streak about being candid with her procedures into 2024, as she just took to Instagram to open up about the latest work she's gotten done.

Dolores Catania's Most Recent Beauty Procedure
In a Reel, posted to her Instagram account on Feb. 27, Dolores introduced her followers to "her favorite person in the world" Dr. Mark Karolak, a facial plastic surgeon based in Wall Township, New Jersey.
Dolores shared that she got a temporal lift done to her face about a year ago, after the area around her upper cheeks and temples was "starting to sag a little." "I felt like I looked more tired," she wrote in the caption of the post.
This lift involves literally lifting the face by putting incisions in the hairline. Dolores shared that it only took an hour and she didn't even have to be put under anesthesia to get it done — just relaxed and numbed. But it helped that she slept during the entire procedure.
It resulted in Dolores looking "so fresh" and a lot less tired, according to her.
"It makes such a much more awake look," she said in the video.
Dolores Catania's Previous Procedures
As previously stated, Dolores hasn't shied away from sharing the work that she has gotten done with her followers.
In 2019, Dolores revealed that she saw Dr. Karolak for a facelift, neck lift, and eyelid surgery. A year later, in 2020, Dolores shared the results of her tummy tuck, before going under the elective knife again and getting a thigh lift.
In May 2021, ahead of the RHONJ Season 11 reunion, Dolores got "arm tightened lipo, body tightened lipo" on her legs, and got her "ass rounded a little bit more." And in November 2021, she got her third breast augmentation.
Dolores told RealSelf that the reasoning behind her being so open about this is because she doesn't want anyone else to feel ashamed of themselves.
"Don't let anyone else dictate what you do with your own body," she said. "If you look in the mirror and see something that bothers you and makes you unhappy every single day, and there's a way to [change that], you should do it."
