Like Teresa, Melissa also posted a carousel of images with the birthday girl on December 28.
"Happy Birthday Dolo," Melissa captioned her post, along with the champagne flutes emoji. "Love you long time[.] To making another year of memories together! Xox."
Dolores shared an update on their friendship by responding to the heartfelt post in the comments section.
"Thank [you] little [Melissa Gorga.] It’s been a lot of birthdays of friendship," she responded. "Cheers to many more."
Dolores' beau, Paul "Paulie" Connell, also commented with four red hearts on the post. He later wished the RHONJ cast member a happy birthday himself.

The Eco Electrical Services owner paid tribute to his girlfriend of more than two years on his own Instagram feed on December 28. "11:11 on December 28th always lucky with you [Dolores Catania]," he shared. "Happy birthday[.] Have a wonderful day, [and I'm] looking forward to celebrating many more with you."
He also added hashtags for the phrases, "love you" and "be proud."
"Looks like a beautiful lifetime in just a short time thank [you] for your love," Dolores responded to her beau in the comments. "Cheers."
Just a few days after Dolores' birthday, Paulie closed out 2023 with a post featuring a photo and a video of the lovebirds over the last year.
"2023 has been another learning experience of a lifetime. And I’ll value it and take away everything that I learned last year to help me grow some more for this next year," he wrote in the caption of his post. "Thank you to everybody who participated with me this year, if I didn’t get a chance to thank you I want to do it right now, thank you and may you have a very happy and prosperous new year."
Heading in to 2024, it looks like Dolores was in a solid place in her friendships, and in her relationship with Paulie.
