And the occasion has not been missed by several Bravolebs, including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress Lisa Rinna. To honor Dolly's big day, Lisa posted a throwback photo — and pay close attention because that isn't actually the singer in the snapshot. "Me. Playing @DollyParton Happy Birthday to the Queen of Country!" Lisa wrote on Instagram.
