Cynthia Bailey: "Marriage Is Tough!"
The #RHOA star opens up about her relationship with husband Peter Thomas.
Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas are just a couple of days away from celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary. And with the date, July 24, right around the bend, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is opening up about their marriage and how it's not always easy.
"Marriage is tough!" she recently told People. Just last month, Cynthia addressed the state of her marriage after a video surfaced of Peter and a woman together at his Atlanta bar, Bar One. Weeks later they were in L.A. together for BET Awards related festivities.
"[Peter]'s great. It's been a great ride. The show has more than tested our relationship, but I think we're good," she added. "And hey, God forbid we don't make it, we know we tried! We can walk away with no guilt because we know we tried it in every way."
Cynthia noted that the couple does spend a lot of time with one another. Still, the couple is planning an exotic getaway later this year. "We have our own business, we're on a reality show together and we are husband and wife. That's a lot of togetherness," Bailey said. "Sometimes you're like 'Wow, this is a lot!' "
