It turns out there’s a bit more to the story of Kyle Viljoen’s fling with onetime Below Deck Mediterranean charter guest Frank. And in a first look at the upcoming September 19 episode of Below Deck Med, we’re getting an inside look at Kyle and Frank’s romance following their kiss earlier this season.
Kyle and Frank, as you can see in the clip above, managed to keep the sparks going long distance, and Kyle is sharing all about it with Natasha Webb.
In addition to the blooming romance, we’re getting a first look at how the crew handled the anchoring incident from the September 12 episode, which you can also check out in full above. Of course, this is all happening amid some crew drama.
In an interview with The Daily Dish earlier this season, Kyle opened up a bit more about his connection with Frank and explained that while they did eventually meet up again later on dry land, the love connection didn’t last: “I came to New York to meet Frank after the show. And that lasted about a week. And the same week we broke up is the same time I met [my current boyfriend] Zachary. And I fell head over heels for [Zachary],” he shared. “He literally won me over very easily.”
