Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga Are "Not the Best of Friends," According to Jennifer Aydin

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga have had a tenuous relationship throughout much of their time as sisters-in-law. However, The Real Housewives of New Jersey ladies seem to be in the best place ever these days as the family rallied around the Giudices amid their legal issues over the past few years.

But you know Teresa and Melissa's fellow Garden State gal Jennifer Aydin has never been one to be shy about giving her opinion. So when one caller asked her to weigh in on Teresa and Melissa's current dynamic during the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show on February 19, she didn't hold back her thoughts on the matter.

"I think they definitely get along better than they once did," she said. "At the end of the day, Teresa appreciates the fact that this is her brother's [Joe Gorga] wife, and she's not going anywhere, so they make do." 

Then Jennifer noted, "But they're not the best of friends, to be honest."

It almost seemed like Teresa and Melissa had gone back to their old ways during the RHONJ Season 9 reunion when you could cut the tension between the sisters-in-law with a knife. But by the summer, things appeared to be back to normal between Teresa and Melissa. "We really do love each other. We really are family," Melissa told Us Weekly at the time. "But, we do have kind of like that push-shove kind of thing sometimes.”  

Though Teresa still doesn't have fond memories of how Melissa ended up on RHONJ, declaring it even "worse" than going through her legal issues during a panel at BravoCon in November 2019, she confirmed that the two were now "good." However, she did also note that they are "different" people.
