Are NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey Friends Again?
The #RHOA frenemies were all smiles in New York.
There's been a lot of drama for NeNe Leakes in New York this week. But surprisingly, it looked like it was smooth sailing for NeNe and her on-again, off-again friend Cynthia Bailey when the two met up in the Big Apple.
As you can see in the above pic, The Real Housewives of Atlanta 'Wives were all smiles as they looked "super sexy in the city," as NeNe put it on Twitter Thursday. So does this mean the ladies, whose friendship seemed to be over during the previous season of RHOA, have actually repaired their relationship? NeNe's tweet does include the hashtag "#workinprogress," so perhaps that means the two are one step closer to signing another friendship contract — or at least being pals once more.
Cynthia also tweeted her support for NeNe's upcoming gig as Matron "Mama" Morton in Chicago on Broadway.
Cynthia uses "break a leg" here in the theatrical tradition of wishing someone "good luck," but we can see how that could be confusing considering the history between these two. We'll just have to wait and see how long NeNe and Cynthia continue to cheer each other on.
