Hannah Berner Reveals New Details About Her Wedding Dress: "It Shows My Booty"
The Summer House cast member opened up about finding her wedding dress — and how she thinks her fiancé, Des Bishop, will feel about it.
Hot on the tails of Hannah Berner announcing her engagement to comedian Des Bishop on March 3, the Summer House beauty revealed that she has already successfully scored her dream wedding dress. Hannah chatted all things engagement with Gizelle Bryant and Porsha Williams on a recent episode of Bravo's Chat Room, and she shocked her fellow hosts when she confessed that her bridal gown shopping days are over.
"I want to go dress shopping with you. What are we doing with the dress?" Gizelle implored in the clip above. Like all of us, Gizelle was ready for a season filled with shopping trips and gown fittings. Alas, Hannah already has that covered, explaining, "The first dress I tried on, I said, 'This is the one.' As for the look, style, and feel of Hannah's wedding gown, the comic revealed more adorable details in a recent interview with E! News.
"It's so funny because I went to Fantasia Bridal in Long Island," she recalled. "And it was just supposed to be researching and fun with my mom and my nana because I didn't even know how I was going to look in wedding dresses. I've never thought of these things with shape, mermaid, I don't even know what a mermaid was." It turns out that finding the right dress was just as effortless as saying, "Yes" to her fiancé.
"We went in and picked like eight dresses and the first one I tried on I looked at my mom and I was like, ‘I love this one,'" she added. "It was comfortable, I like the fit and I think Des is going to love it," she explained. "It shows my booty which is really important to me and is also comfortable and I always love kind of a crop top. It's not a crop top, but it elongates my legs and it has nice details and stuff."
And, yes, before you even ask, Summer House cast member Paige DeSorbo and Chat Room co-hosts Porsha and Gizelle have already weighed in on her choice. "They all said that they approved of the dress. I hope they weren't lying to me just because it was already bought, but I think they really liked it."
