See How Craig Conover & Paige DeSorbo Are Getting Ready for BravoCon 2023
The Southern Charm and Summer House cast members are working on their "biceps and butts" ahead of the Las Vegas weekend.
Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo are putting some muscle into their upcoming appearance at BravoCon 2023, which is set to take place in Las Vegas from November 3 to 5. In his October 25 Instagram Stories, Craig shared a video that gave a behind-the-scenes peek at his workout, which he shared with Paige at a local gym.
In the video, the Southern Charm pillow pro showed himself doing pull-ups and pumping iron, while Paige did a bridge pose in workout gear on a mat behind him. Tagging his Summer House girlfriend, Craig added a hashtag that spelled out: biceps and butts for BravoCon.
This isn't the first time Craig has given his followers a peek into his gym routine. Previously, the Sewing Down South founder found a creative way to get fit with his pal Shep Rose, pulling his buddy in a sled and joining him for a medicine ball routine.

In the past, Paige has quipped of her fitness: "There's no diet, there's no plan." However, she does have certain exercises that she loves.
In 2020, Paige told E! News: "My go-to work out is P.Volve, I've gone to their classes for years and now I stream them at home. I try and work out at least 3 to 4 times a week even if its for only 30 minutes. Its all about strengthening and elongating your muscles. It's my favorite!"
It seems that Craig and Paige are keeping each other motivated for now — and clearly, based on Craig's hashtag, they also have their upcoming Las Vegas jaunt in mind.
Taylor Ann Green Prepares for BravoCon 2023
Craig's not the only Southern Charm-er who's getting ready for Las Vegas. In her October 19 Instagram Stories, Taylor Ann Green shared a peek at the glittering, feathery pieces she's setting aside for the action-packed weekend.
"Sneak [peek] at the [BravoCon]" wardrobe lineup," she wrote. Taylor's peek showed off glittering gold eveningwear as well as sharp, silky blazers, plumed evening bags in Barbie-pink, and shoe styles that ranged from silky blue square-toed heels to booties flecked with white sequins and strappy silver sandals.
Taylor, Paige, and Craig won't be the only Bravolebrities to hit The Strip in November. BravoCon 2023 will feature more than 160 Bravolebs and more than 60 live events.
The three-day affair will celebrate the network’s top series and allow fans to interact with the casts of all nine The Real Housewives franchises, Below Deck franchises, Married to Medicine, Million Dollar Listing, Southern Hospitality, Summer House, Summer House: Martha's Vineyard, Vanderpump Rules, and Winter House.
