How Did the Southern Charm Cast Prepare for the Season 3 Reunion?
From showers to sit-ups, the crew breaks down their pre-reunion rituals.
Everyone prepares for a reunion taping in all sorts of different ways. When the Southern Charm cast gathered in New York City for the Season 3 sit-down, we just had to know how they prepped for what would likely be an emotional look at the events that had taken place this season. For instance, before the cameras rolled, all Landon Clements wanted was to get her hands on some coffee, while Craig Conover had already started getting into the right frame of mind before he even got to hair and makeup. "I have to shower no matter what," Craig said. "Every morning that's how I wake up. I can't really function without showering. Once I get into a shower, I'm fine. That's my happy place in waking up."
Whitney Sudler-Smith is all about sweating it out before he even hits the set... we think. "I do about 100 sit-ups, 200 push-ups, squats," he joked. "And then just drink about a gallon of vodka."
On the other hand, for Thomas Ravenel, it's finding his zen. "I try to be a little more detached, not as easy to act off emotions and I feel I have a tendency more to sit on the emotion and allow it to shift and allow clarity to enter my brain," he shared.
