This Just in from Cameran Eubanks: Shep Rose "No Longer Has a Dad Bod"

Something must be in the air in Charleston. Not only is Austen Kroll pumping iron like a madman these days — his good friend Shep Rose has also hopped on board the fitness train. The Southern Charm bachelor has been working out with a new personal trainer. And as his buddy Cameran Eubanks can attest, Shep has a hot new bod to show for his work at the gym. 

In a recent Instagram post, Cameran shared the following, very important update: "Happy to report [Shep] no longer has a dad bod thanks to his new trainer," she wrote. "You go Sheppy." Note: Cameran had also helped style Shep on the day of their hang: "I made him put his t-shirt in the dryer so he looked more presentable," she shared.

Shep looks pretty suave in his freshly ironed t-shirt, we must admit. But we also have visual evidence of his brand new muscles, thanks to a post that shows the Charm-er flexing fiercely at the gym.
