But Mercedes "MJ" Javid is the one whose latest endeavor will make her a beauty mogul. Or, so it seems. 

Though details are still mum, the real-estate pro used her Instagram to hint at a venture that's in the works. "Behind the scenes for my new project launching soon," she captioned a pic, adding the hashtag: #LiquidLips.

For the apparent liquid-lipstick photo shoot, the budding beauty maven wore an off-the-shoulder top, ripped pants, and a sexy beauty look with sleek, long hair and a smoky eye.
