Kourtney Kardashian's 21-Year-Old Sometimes Boyfriend Attended Her Son Mason's Birthday Party While Her Ex Partied in Saudi Arabia

On December 14, the Kardashian clan had two major reasons to celebrate: The day marks the (shared) birthday of two of Kourtney Kardashian's little ones, Mason and Reign. On Instagram, we watched the family shower the kiddos with love — but we had a feeling the sweet posts and cards wouldn't be the end of the celebration. After all, this is the family that celebrates even half birthdays with postcard-worthy cupcake spreads. 

And indeed, more kiddie festivities did ensue. On December 15, nine-year-old Mason had a birthday bash with a Fortnite theme. (That's a video game, in case you don't speak fluent kid.) It's no surprise that the party had fabulous decor and a giant, Instagram-worthy cake — but what is slightly surprising is the guest list. 

As it turns out, Kourtney Kardashian's rumored fling, the 21-year-old Luka Sabbat, was on hand to hit pinatas with the birthday boy. Mason's father Scott Disick, however, was unable to make it. Though he posted a message of love for both his birthday boys on their special day, at the time of the party Disick was in Saudi Arabia with his girlfriend Sofia Richie. 

Listen, it was a busy weekend, and we're sure dad will help his boys celebrate more when he gets home. Plus, Luka owed Kourtney one: She recently swung by his 21st birthday party.
