Ryan's Puppet Shows for Peace
Ryan muses about his music video strategy, his future with Faja, and Luis and Fredrik's budding bromance.
Can't we all just get along?
How are my fans?!? Welcome back to my side of the story.
How awesome was the Mary C music video?! It turned out to be such a huge success. Pat drove a hard bargain, but in the end, we closed the deal and Pat struck gold by making a $4 million profit. Even for NYC real estate, those kinds of returns on an investment are rare to find. If you can afford to hold onto an investment long enough, there's no doubt you will win big. However, this was truly the most difficult deal of my life; I was walking a fine line with Pat's demands. He wanted me to get the deal done right while simultaneously imposing aggressive limitations on me. I had to think outside the box, so what do you think I did? I saved the day once again, and I am ready to conquer the next.
A big thank you to the heroes of my story, Cora and Fajah, both of which really loved my music video set. Congratulations to the both of them for buying an AMAZING apartment! The Park Imperial is definitely the way to go if you can afford it -- such a classic, sought-after building. I hope I've made clients for life on this one. After all, that's what I am all about: connecting all you beautiful people. I don't care if Olivia and I have to do a new puppet show every week! (We're obviously very good at it.) If it gets you guys excited I'm willing to comply with just about anything.
As I mentioned earlier, I was very impressed by everyone's performance this week. Surprisingly enough, Luis really manned up after losing his 50 Lispenard dreams to the mighty Fredrik. He suffered a blow and got right back to it.
I love the Balloon Saloon on West Broadway and Church. It’s right by my office! You never know when you'll need a cheap helium tank or a clever gag gift. Luis and his client's son Arthur might even wear the same size suit it turns out. Watch out Pitbull, but there's more than one amazing Latino rapper working it hard on these New York City streets. I didn't understand most of it, but it sounded fun to me. Luis showed poise and patience getting it done at 2 River Terrace, despite some distractions.
Finally, hands together for Fredrik, who got it done yet again. He set up a strategy and executed the deal. The sky's the limit for the right property in this city, and with the right brokers of course.
Before I take off, let me point out the brewing bromance between Luis and Fredrik. Is this love affair going to go anywhere? I know Luis doesn't want to look at Fredrik as the enemy, but I'd like to see where this budding relationship takes us. Is it just me? Well we'll see soon enough.
Goodnight ladies and gentleman. Go get it if you want it.
