Tracy Tutor Says Josh Flagg Needs to Be Less Petty

When Josh Flagg appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on January 31, a caller put him in the hot seat with a two-part question. “What are your thoughts on Mauricio [Umansky’s] show, Buying Beverly Hills?” she asked. “And do you consider him your biggest competition in Beverly Hills?”

Josh was quick to offer a tongue-in-cheek response to the caller’s question. “I didn’t know [Mauricio] had a show,” the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent responded. “You didn’t know he had a show,” Andy replied, dubiously.

The talk-show host then turned the question over to Tracy Tutor, who appeared on WWHL alongside her MDLLA castmate. “I think [Buying Beverly Hills] is adorable,” Tracy responded. “I love watching [Farrah Aldjufrie]. I think she’s just a little boss. I think the family dynamic is super sweet with them, and I celebrate them.”

Andy wasn’t about to let the second part of the caller’s question go unanswered. “Do you guys consider Mauricio your biggest competition in L.A.?” he asked.

“I love Mauricio,” Josh responded before Tracy cut in to say, “I don’t think it’s competition. I think there’s room for everybody.” Well, room for at least 10 power agents.

Here’s how Josh put it: “Ninety-nine percent of the business is done by 1 percent, which is like 10 of us that do the majority of the business [in the Los Angeles luxury real estate market]. Mauricio is one of them.”
