Want the secret to making a perfect lychee martini? It's all in the expert martini shake. In the clip above, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Flagg and his husband Bobby Boyd spill their tips for making a delicious rendition of the fruity cocktail. So if you want to elevate your cocktail hour, grab your shaker (and your dog, if you've got one), and listen in.
First thing's first: make sure you have lychees, and about two ounces of lychee juice. Then, pour that all into a martini shaker. At "Josh and Bobby's Bar," the shaker is copper, and it has a glistening ice bucket to match. But really, any old shaker will do. What matters most is that you have some vodka to pour in before shaking it all up.
Then, all that's left to do is to pour the spiked mixture into two glasses — if you can wait that long to drink it. As you'll see in the clip above, Josh wasn't able to pass that test. Watch the video to get the full martini tutorial.
