Guess Which Los Angeles Real Estate Brokers Earned the Most Last Year?
The Los Angeles Business Journal's list is a who's who of top brokers in Los Angeles, including Mauricio Umansky, Josh Altman, David Parnes, and James Harris.
The Los Angeles Business Journal came out with its list of the top 75 real estate agents in L.A., and it’s no surprise to see a few familiar faces made the cut.
Coming in at number four with with $447 million in sales volume is none other than Million Dollar Listing LA's Josh Altman of the Altman Brothers brokerage. Gracing the list at number 10 is the Agency’s Mauricio Umansky, with $269 million in sales volume. Following up at numbers 34 and 35 are partners James Harris and David Parnes, both with the Agency, bringing in $125 million in sales volume each.
And entering the list at number 66 is Farrah Aldjufrie, daughter to Kyle Richards, with $83 million in sales volume. 14 Agency brokers in total made it to the list.
All the top brokers were recognized for their dynamism and dedication to going the extra mile for their clients. All told, L.A.'s top 75 agents accounted for $12.4 billion in sales in 2018. That’s quite a bit of hustle. Congrats!
