Heather Bilyeu Altman knows how to celebrate a birthday! The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles mom went all out when it came time to decorate the house for Josh Altman’s 41st birthday, and even enlisted some help from her daughter, Lexi, and son, Ace, to make the big day special. But in addition to the adorable hurrah, Heather also wished her husband a happy birthday in a (literally) cheeky way.
In an Instagram Story Heather posted to celebrate Josh’s 41st, the couple is having a blast with friends under an umbrella on a sunny day. Heather is wearing a chic black one-piece swimsuit, with the phrase “Josh 4ever” and two hearts written across her backside. She seemingly poked fun at the lighthearted photo, adding “#josh4ever” to the post.
Perhaps the best part of the photo is the fact that Josh is squatted down near Heather’s rear, taking a phone call while smiling for the camera.
Besides drawing on some temporary ink, this isn’t the only time Heather has gotten creative to make swimwear a little bit more fun. Last September, she and Lexi transformed into colorful mermaids at an attraction called Once Upon an Island in Newport Beach.
The mom of two sported a sparkly pink seashell bra-style top with a pink, blue, and purple mermaid tail. Lexi wore the children’s version of the outfit, and it was seriously adorable.
“Mermaid dreams do come true!” Heather wrote. “I’m not sure who was more excited! Thank you to our second favorite [mermaid] Sandy for the best day ever.”
