Looking for a Super Bowl Stay? You Can Rent Married to Medicine's Simone & Cecil Whitmore's Atlanta Home
Dr. Simone Whitmore and her husband are renting out their Atlanta home for the biggest weekend in sports.
If your football team won on Sunday, congrats! Super Bowl is less than two weeks away, and we’re guessing a whole lot of New England Patriots and L.A. Rams fans are Googling “how much do Super Bowl tickets cost?” this morning. But here’s the not-so-great news: Even if you can afford to snag a ticket to the biggest night in sports at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, you’ve also got to shell out for the flight and find a place to stay. That’s right, most hotels in the Atlanta area have been sold out for weeks, so unearthing a room anywhere near the stadium is going to be… tough.
Married to Medicine’s Cecil Whitmore (husband of Dr. Simone Whitmore) is taking full advantage of this predicament by listing his three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Atlanta home on Airbnb, and he even posted about it on Twitter.
Located just five minutes from the airport, the home is also just a 15-minute drive from the stadium, which we’re guessing is going to be a major selling point for eager fans looking for lodging. All these perks are going to cost you, however, because Cecil is asking for a cool $1,999 a night. Still interested? Let’s take a tour of the property below!
Located in East Point, Georgia, Cecil’s home is super close to all the Super Bowl festivities that will take over downtown Atlanta, and it’s just five minutes from public transportation.
Three bedrooms include the master, which has a king bed and an additional two guest bedrooms that each have queen-sized mattresses.
The clean and modern kitchen has granite countertops and overlooks the nearby dining area.
If your group has any down time, they can spend it watching pre-game highlights in the cozy living room with ample seating.
And because you’re know you’re going to want to take advantage of those moderate Georgia temps, be sure to head outside to the front porch.
