The R&B singer, who is known for her fabulous wig game, just shaved off all of her hair. And just in case you’re wondering if she pulled a Porsha on us, the singer shared proof that this buzz cut is the real deal. On Wednesday evening, Tamar posted a video on Instagram of the process. In the post, captioned "finally free," you can see chunks of Tamar’s hair falling to the floor.
Soon after, Tamar shared a follow-up selfie revealing her final look. Judging by the photo, it appears that Tamar also went platinum blonde to go along with her new ‘do.
Overall, the experience appeared to be very liberating for the star, who is currently going through a divorce from estranged husband Vincent Herbert. "I’m over feeling captive to a wig, weave, people, people’s comments & opinions hell...even my OWN feelings! WE can choose to stop these things from having the power and victory over us!! And for me, that starts TODAY," she captioned the image.
