Tom Colicchio Makes Chefs Cook the "Parts That No One Likes" in This Big Meat Challenge
The beef over pork is getting intense on Last Chance Kitchen.
This week, a contestant on Bravo's Top Chef was eliminated because they cooked a poor porchetta, and declared they were "never more embarrassed in [their] whole life." Luckily, thanks to Last Chance Kitchen, they have a second opportunity to get some of what host Tom Colicchio calls "porky redemption" and get back in the main game.
But it won't be easy — on the ninth episode of Last Chance Kitchen, they'll have an hour to use "all the parts no one likes," as Tom explains, which includes parts like pig ears, tail, and trotters, and make a delicious dish.
"You only have an hour so get cracklin!" Tom instructed.
