See the Exact Foods on the Preference Sheet that Caused Rachel Hargrove To Quit
Get a detailed look at the Below Deck preference sheet that Captain Lee admits was "over the line."
Below Deck charter guests often have lavish requests detailed on their preference sheets, but earlier this season, viewers saw one wish list that was so extreme that it caused chef Rachel Hargrove to temporarily quit.
"She looked at that preference sheet, and that preference sheet was over the top," Captain Lee Rosbach recalled in the Below Deck After Show video above. "There's no two ways about it. When somebody sits there and tells me they want their quail eggs at 160 degrees, that's over the line. Even for me."
The video above gives a full look at exactly what was on the preference sheet, which Rachel said was "disgusting" and "despicable" during the December 14 episode of the show. "You pay the $16,000 a month for me to be your private chef in Monaco, then we'll talk," she said at the time. "Until then, I don't play that game."
While the preference sheet meeting was certainly tense, Izzy Wouters declared in the video above, "I would've loved to be a fly on the wall for that."
