Captain Sandy Yawn Posts a Touching Memorial to Her Dog Mason
"You were my friend, my champion, my rock," the Below Deck Med captain wrote.
We're sorry to report that Mason — the Rottie belonging to Captain Sandy Yawn — has passed away. The Below Deck Mediterranean returning captain posted a collection of photos of the dog on Instagram and captioned the post:
"Mason, you were my friend, my champion, my rock, stayed by my side through my motorcycle crash, my cancer, you played with me in the pool, ran with me on the beach and was my first officer on board Defiance, know how much I love you, how grateful I am to you, how you not only shared your love with me, you also took care of Kim my sister who loved and adored you.
RIP my friend and know you have filled many hearts with joy! Thank you Kim for taking such good care of our puppy. #dogslove#captainsandy #ibelieve"
