Jamie Jason and BF Chandler Are "Chopping Our Hair Damn Well Off" in Self-Isolation
The Below Deck Mediterranean couple have cut their own hair while salon visits are on pause — see the results.
Self-isolation doesn't allow for salon visits, so Jamie Jason and her boyfriend, Chandler Brooks, have taken haircuts into their own hands. In a recent Instagram share, the Below Deck Mediterranean couple shared a snap that showcased their latest coifs. And for one half of the couple, the home hairstyling session resulted in a pretty dramatic chop.
In the black-and-white photo, Jamie is casually clad in a white, v-neck t-shirt. Her hair, we have to say, looks sleek and chic: It's hanging to her shoulders with the subtlest of waves, and the ends look perfectly even. Meanwhile, a shirtless Chandler is smiling in the background, and we can just make out the closely cropped sides of his hair.
In her caption, Jamie described the setup. "3 weeks +/- into social distancing and we've already resorted to DIY chopping our hair damn well off," she wrote. "Well for him and I could only bear a 2inch chop." Ready for the next task that will help her stay busy, the former stewardess wrote: "what next." Click here to see the couple's new haircuts.
Jamie and Jason aren't the only ones who have had to adjust their hairstyling situation while in self-isolation. The Real Housewives of Orange County's Gina Kirschenheiter is going without extensions for the time being, and she shared in a March 27 Instagram post that her new, shorter 'do has her feeling "free."
It also appears that Kim Zolciak-Biermann's daughters might be experimenting with a little home hair color. That in-home salon must be coming in handy right now...
