Stassi Schroeder Just Finalized the Purchase of Her Home During a Utah Girls Trip
The Vanderpump Rules cast member is in the final stages of becoming a homeowner.
Just a few days into her girls’ trip, Stassi Schroeder is taking care of business. No, she’s not working on her second book — she’s finalizing the purchase of her home! Currently staying in a rustic house in snowy Utah with Lala Kent, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, and Brittany Cartwright, Stassi carved out some time to sign the slew of legal documents necessary to purchase a home.
Lala broke the news via a photo shared to her Instagram, saying, “@stassischroeder doing grown up women s--t on our girls trip… Finalizing the purchase of her home… I’m proud of all my friends today.”
Stassi will be joining the homeowner ranks of the Vanderpump Rules crew, pretty much all of whom have purchased homes within the last year. While Jax Taylor and Tom Sandoval are the midst of a new home-related falling out, Kristen Doute continues to add improvements to her fixer upper, while Katie and Tom Schwartz are settling into their stunning home and Scheana Shay takes full advantage of her new Palm Springs vacation home.
Stassi first revealed she was buying a house back in December via an Instagram Stories photo of the Hollywood sign with the caption, “Inspections day!!... Escrow bitches.” Then, later that month, she shared what the view in her soon-to-be digs will look like, and um, it's stunning.
