Scheana Shay’s Daughter, Summer, Is the Cutest Breakfast Chef Ever (VIDEO)
The Vanderpump Rules toddler helped her dad, Brock Davies, whip up a delicious meal — and the process was beyond adorable.
Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ daughter, Summer Moon, is quite the breakfast chef. In a recent Instagram post, the Vanderpump Rules dad shared a peek inside his kitchen. As his 2-year-old daughter helped him whip up pancakes, she made the cutest little sous imaginable.
Summer Moon is the cutest pancake chef
“Just a little pancake breakfast for mummy and [Summer],” Brock captioned the August 5 post, which depicted a sunny morning at home. A video showed him and Summer hard at work on their morning treats.
Equipped with a high-protein pancake mix, a blender, a cup, and a muffin pan, Brock said: “We’re making mommy pancakes.” He explained that he saw a “fun little trick” on Instagram and wanted to “give it a go.”
The hack entailed pouring pancake batter into muffin tins, topping it with berries and honey, and baking it. But if you really want to cook breakfast Brock-style, you need to enlist a very cute sous chef. In the video, Summer looked positively adorable as she assisted with the meal prep for her mommy.
The little one was still wearing her bright pink cast (more on that below!) as well as a cute, summery T-shirt with a colorful print. She had her own chair, which was pulled up to the counter so she could assist her dad, and she provided plenty of commentary throughout the breakfast-making process. For example, the little one regularly proclaimed, “Mommy pancakes!”
Why Summer Moon Is Wearing a Cast on Her Arm
Earlier in the summer, Scheana and Brock’s cutie pie had an accident that landed her in the bright pink cast.
During a Palm Springs getaway in July, Scheana found herself at urgent care with her 2-year-old daughter. The “Good as Gold” singer posted an Instagram Story that showed her little one sitting in the waiting room while holding her right arm.
“Summer Moon had a fall and now we are at urgent care,” the concerned mama captioned the post. Scheana returned to Instagram later that day to reveal the details of Summer Moon’s spill.
“What happened?” she asked her daughter. “Did you break your forearm?” The toddler seemed undeterred by the fall and let out a few giggles while she drank from her sippy cup. “Glad one of us is smiling,” Scheana added.
Scheana revealed that Summer Moon was given a temporary cast and would receive a new one in the following days. “Thank you to everyone who has reached out and asked about how she’s doing,” Scheana said in a July 23 Instagram Story. “She’s doing good.”
