Scheana Shay Celebrated Her 35th Birthday with the Prettiest Unicorn Cupcakes
The Vanderpump Rules star rang in the big day with a sweet treat from her sister.
Thanks to her younger sister, Cortney, Scheana Shay's 35th birthday in self-quarantine was incredibly sweet.
On May 7, the Vanderpump Rules star reposted a photo to her Instagram Story showing a plate of celebratory cupcakes. While some of the treats were left bare, others were decorated with white icing and gold glitter. In addition to "3" and "5" candles placed in cupcakes on opposite ends of the plate, a few of the cupcakes had cake topper letters that spelled out, "Happy Birthday." The most eye-catching detail, however, was a unicorn horn candle flanked by candles made to look like unicorn ears.
The caption of the photo read: "Cort did such a cute job on these!"
Of course, the birthday fete also featured a variety of balloons and colorful lighting to turn her home into a dance party.
Cortney and her boyfriend, Justice, have been staying with Scheana and Brock Davies at Scheana's Palm Springs vacation home amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the group has managed to keep the celebrations going while homebound. Last month, they turned the home into their very own Coachella after the festival had been canceled due to the virus outbreak. "Basically we have transformed my house into our own little Coachella," Scheana said in a vlog at the time, showing the abode bathed in purple lights, and rooms featuring different themes.
While Cortney whipped up the cupcakes for Scheana's birthday, the temporary roommates have all been contributing delicious meals during their time together.
"Brock is a really good cook," Scheana previously told BravoTV.com while discussing the group's self-isolation. "He does really good pastas."
Scheana, for her part, has been handling the afternoon meals. "I’ve been making chicken caesar wraps for lunch for us every single day," she said at the time. "We're just trying to keep cooking a lot and not waste any food whatsoever. We're making sure we eat everything before it goes bad."
Of course, that also includes Scheana's famous enchiladas. In April, she shared a video tutorial for making her beloved dish so that her followers could also enjoy "a very carb, cheese-filled" meal.
