Lala Kent Shares the 6 Step Workout Routine Getting Her That "Wedding Body"
The Vanderpump Rules beauty is stepping up her fitness game.
The countdown is officially on for Lala Kent and Randall Emmett's upcoming nuptials.
We've been paying close attention to every detail, from the stunning ensembles in Lala and Randall's artfully done engagement photo shoot to wedding dress hints, and now we know Lala has been hard at work hitting the gym in preparation for her big day. The Give Them Lala beauty founder recently shared a few behind the scenes tips on how she's getting even more in shape for her wedding.
On February 18, Lala posted a quick video on Instagram as she got her fitness game up with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis. The two California hotties hit the great outdoors to fit a quick exercise session into Lala's busy day — and we're a little tired just looking at it. "This body won’t get into wedding shape on its own, " Lala explained in her caption. "@msjennawillis, thank you for getting me out of bed every morning and kicking my butt."
In the clip, the lithe ladies knock out a few jump squats, but according to Jenna, that is just part of the simple six-step routine that will help Lala get her #weddingbody.
The full video of their routine includes no-gym-necessary movements like jump squats, pushups, half burpees, reverse fly weight lifts, sumo burpees, and boat ups for tight abs.
"You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get a good workout," Lala continued. "On days we are on a time crunch, we do a quick 30 minute body sesh." Get it, Lala!
