Kristen Doute Sent a Strongly Worded Message to Those Who Criticized Her Looks
The Vanderpump Rules alum refused to bite her tongue.
Kristen Doute is clapping back at her haters — and doing it in the most Kristen way.
The Vanderpump Rules alum took to social media this week to address the criticism she received following her May 3 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. As pointed out by Page Six, Kristen uploaded a series of Instagram stories in which she slammed her critics and denied speculation that she was using injections.
Kristen's Response
“I just have to say some of y’all really are a fist-full of a--hole. I don’t have any filler,” she began in the May 4 video, before explaining why her looks have changed since her last appearance on Vanderpump Rules. “I’ve gained weight. I’m 40. You haven’t seen me on TV in over three years. That’s what I look like. That’s just what my face looks like.”
Kristen then turned to her boyfriend, Luke Broderick, for a cosign.
“She’s my gorgeous girl,” he said.
Kristen — who hosts the Sex, Love, and What Else Matters podcast with Luke — continued to blast her critics with one of her most memorable quotes from Vanderpump Rules.
“Suck a d-ck,” she said while giving viewers the middle finger. “I hope no one ever speaks to you this way or your daughters or your sisters or your aunts or your grandmas … Stop commenting on women’s appearances. To everyone else, love ya.”
Kristen on the Tom and Ariana Situation
Kristen made headlines this week when she weighed in on the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 drama, specifically the breakup between her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. During her WWHL appearance, Kristen confirmed she had heard whispers about Tom’s infidelity months ago, but initially dismissed the rumors as baseless gossip; however, once more and more details came to light, she was — and continues to be — “completely shocked.”
Kristen went on to say that she and Ariana are now “close friends,” and insisted her relationship with Tom was nothing like his relationship with Ariana. Although she and the restaurateur were together for almost six years, she admits they should’ve called it quits a “year or two” sooner.
The podcast host also made it clear she wasn’t satisfied with Tom’s apology statement, which was posted on Instagram shortly after his split with Ariana.
“Why can’t you just say ‘I’m sorry,’ not ‘I’m sorry, but there was this…’ and ‘It was her fault…’ and ‘This is why…,’” Kristen explained. “Just say, ‘I’m sorry. I’m a trash human being.’ And then when you’re better, show it.”
