Katie Maloney Nails “Businesswoman” Style in a Black Pinstripe Set (PHOTOS)
The Vanderpump Rules beauty showed how she wears a professional look that’s still breezy enough for the summer heat.
Between final interior design touches and menu tasting some delicious-looking sandwiches, Katie Maloney is in business mode when it comes to opening Something About Her with partner Ariana Madix.
Since the ladies have been hyping up the sandwich shop over the past few months, they’ve also had to answer to when they’re opening the doors.
“There [are] so many moving parts, and there [are] so many things that need to happen that sometimes ultimately aren’t really up to you, [like] when things can get approved,” Katie revealed on the May 31 episode of the So Bad It’s Good with Ryan Bailey podcast. “It’s just there’s a lot that goes into it. But yeah, it’s gonna be this summer, and we are really excited.”
While she’s busy getting her sandwich shop open to the public, Katie is also rocking some chic professional ’fits in the process, recently showing off a look that made us stop in our scrolling tracks.
Katie Maloney’s “Businesswoman” Outfit
Taking to her Instagram Stories on July 19, Katie showed off a stylish mirror selfie in which she rocked a black menswear-style vest and matching wide-legged slacks adorned with white pinstripes. “Business woman special,” she wrote over the snapshot, making a reference to a hilarious iconic scene from the 1997 comedy Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion.
Katie also shared a video of her outfit and explained the thought process behind it. “So, how do you dress… professional when it’s almost 90 degrees outside?” she began. “Everything I want to wear is, you know, a little slutty, so… this is the best I could do. But it is pants! This is [the] business woman special. This is how I do business woman.”
Moreover, Katie revealed the gorgeous summer beauty look she paired with the outfit, which included her chic new haircut and an exceptionally precise cat eye.
“Could use a nap but I slayed this liner today,” she quipped over the photo. We concur!

Speaking of summer beauty, we last caught up with the sandwich shop co-owner as she revealed how she stays looking fresh all summer long.
“Caela Esthetics making my skin glow once again! She gives the best facials. A week later and my skin is [glowing],” Katie wrote over a stunning selfie, sharing another special tip for her followers. “[S]he also gave me a lash lift and tint which I love for a low maintenance summer beauty hack.”

Perhaps you’ve heard of eyelash extensions, but we had to do some digging about the specifics of a lash lift.
According to TODAY.com, which interviewed Envious Lashes founder Clementina Richardson in 2019, a lash lift is a semipermanent treatment “designed to enhance your natural lashes at a minimal level” by “curl[ing] your natural lashes.”
